Most prints only need your birth date. The Moon and the chart wheel need the time too, because both change through the day. It's usually on your birth certificate, and if you can't find it, pick another design or email us and we'll help.
One photo of the hand you write with, palm facing the camera, fingers a little apart, in daylight. Your phone's normal camera is fine. The sharper the photo, the finer the lines on the print. If it's too blurry, we'll ask for another before printing.
